Yet another reason why Jay-Z is at the apex of the Hip Hop world right now even though he doesn’t have any new music out. Here yet another commercial starring the Brooklyn rapper/business man in promotion of his Made In America Festival that will be held in Philadelphia on September 1st and second on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
