Do It With No Hands: Hands Free Driving to be Introduced in New Cadillac Vehicles
Cadillac is known for class and luxury, but now they are taking it to the next level by developing hands free technology. The new system aptly named “Super Cruise” instantly makes the car the chauffeur. Cadillac is not the only auto company up on R&D, Volkswagen has also been looking into systems that lets the driver let go, literally. There isn’t a release date for these cars of the future; but, as reported in J.D. Power’s 2012 US Automotive Emerging Technologies Study, approximately 37 percent of car-owners said the would be willing to let the computer take the wheel. –E. Parks
